The Business Services Training Package BSB01 details competency standards and qualifications that are recognised nationally by industry and training regulators. Qualifications range from Certificate I in Business to Advanced Diplomas in a range of specialisations including E-Business, Project Management, Marketing, Advertising, Business Development, Human Resources, Business Management and Record Keeping.

The Business Services Training Package (BSB01) has recently been expanded to cover units of competency and qualifications for OHS, Compliance and International Trade / Business. The updated Package, Version 4, is currently progressing through the endorsement process and is expected to be available in mid-November.

People who purchased Version 3 of the Business Services Training Package including a subscription component from Business Services Training Australia (BSTA), will automatically receive an updated CD replacing the Version 3 product purchased.
